Fixed Rate Mortgages:

  • The interest rate is fixed for a given time at the start of your mortgage normally from 1 to 5 years, although this can be longer. You may have to pay a higher interest rate when the fixed rate period ends.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

You can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 1% of the loan amount, or we can accept commission from the lender.
