Libra Financial Planning makes extensive use of information technology and paperless office systems to meet client requirements, track client portfolios and follow investment funds. This allows us to concentrate our expertise on providing financial advice for all our clients through regular meetings and client reports.
Libra also uses a sophisticated mortgage sourcing system – updated on a regular basis - to allow them to access market leading rates and criteria. The facility enables the advisers to match our clients' needs/budget with the best suited provider and product in the market place.
We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We feel a proper duty of care and we endeavour at all times to treat our customers fairly. We have embraced the ongoing drive toward higher qualifications and better service standards, and have seen enhanced benefits from being able to look after our clients in a more professional and comprehensive manner. In recent years we have grown the business by recruiting additional advisers to expand the diversity and extent of financial planning and products.
The industry, like many others, has had to face change and challenges and Libra, like many others, has had to change structure and the way that we work, to meet those challenges. We have listened to our clients and strategic partners and brought on board specialised advisers covering all areas of financial planning: investment and wealth planners; pension investment specialists; mortgage and protection advisers. To compliment the needs of our property investment portfolio clients, Libra recently set up a property lettings and sales agency not only to cater for their needs, but also providing the local community in general with a property consultancy management service.
For our investment and wealth management clients, portfolios are formally monitored and reviewed on a regular basis. Detailed reviews are carried out every six to twelve months, and where we feel changes should be made we will make recommendations.
